Dhruv Gupta - CEO
Dr. Dhruv Gupta has twenty
years of experience as a Researcher, IT Manager, Senior Management
Consultant and entrepreneur. He has tremendous international experience,
having worked for global corporations including National Australia
Bank, IMI Systems and IBM, to name a few. Dr. Gupta holds a Doctorate
from IIT Delhi and a Bachelors degree from IIT Kanpur.
Sanjay Jain -
President
Sanjay Jain has been associated
with the IT industry for the last fourteen years. He holds a computer
science degree from Mysore University, and has been associated with
various international companies involved in IT outsourcing. Mr.
Jain brings a wealth of SAP technical experience and knowledge to
the company.
Gerald Rohling
- Chief Technical Architect
Gerald has over twenty years of experience
in the IT industry starting in the early 1980’s with the oil and
gas industry developing new algorithms to support experimental exploration
techniques in the far northern reaches of Canada. Gerald further
broadened his experience by working in various aspects of the IT
industry at the University of British Columbia, Kinetic Sciences
Canadarm Research, Vizon SciTec, and Ericsson to name a few. Gerald
has extensive experience in software development, project management,
customer relations management and enterprise solutions architecture
on both the Microsoft and UNIX platforms. Gerald is a Certified
Siebel Consultant and holds a Masters in Mechanical Engineering
with a minor in Computer Science from the University of British
Columbia.
Shyamal Sen -
Partner, Business Innovation
Shyamal Sen has held high-profile
technology leadership positions at Wall Street firms for the last
twenty years. Shyamal has a Bachelors degree in Physics and a Masters
degree in Electrical Engineering. He is a renowned technology professional
in the financial industry with in-depth domain and business development
expertise. Shyamal has architected and directed large-scale global
infrastructure operations, banking applications, brokerage systems
and business reengineering projects. He pioneered and sustained
the implementation of the offshore development model at Merrill
Lynch. Shyamal has been a speaker and active participant at a number
of industry conferences. Shyamal sits on the editorial board of
Wall Street Technology Association (WSTA).
Ken McKenzie -
Partner, Business Innovation
Ken Mackenzie has over twenty
year of diverse entrepreneurial experience, having built, managed
and run a number of successful business ventures. At Aether Systems,
Ken held positions as VP of Business Development and Director of
Financial Sales. Prior to joining Aether Ken spent eight years at
Merrill Lynch – the first three as a Financial Consultant, then
five years managing software development projects and Internal Consulting.
While at Merrill Lynch Ken was a select member of a Technology Advisory
Team for which Intellectual property patents were awarded. Ken has
also been a Principal in some technology start-ups, most notable
being "Digital Media Networks", one of the first companies to design
and build an interactive network of electronic bulletin boards for
the transmission of news and sports information. Ken currently sits
on the Board of Advisors of two start-up ventures.
Amit Sinha - VP,
Business Development
Amit brings twenty years of experience
in the software solutions industry. He started his career
as a software engineer in IBM's Networking Division in 1984. After
a very successful stint at IBM, Amit joined MCI's Frame Relay
division as a Senior Engineer responsible for monitoring and reporting
on the company's large Frame Relay Network. In 1998 he joined Interpath
Communications, Inc. as director of the fledgling ASP's entire
OSS systems infrastructure. Amit has a Masters in Computer
Science from Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, and a Masters
in Mechanical Engineering from Belo-Russian Polytechnical Institute,
Minsk, in the former USSR.
Sri Udumudi -
Chief Technical Advisor
Sri has over a decade of experience
in software industry in the United States and India. He started
his career developing AI techniques for Digital's Artificial Intelligence
Research Group, in Worcester, Massachusetts. He worked as a software
engineer, designer, project manager and architect at various organizations
in US – leading large technology teams in delivering state
of the art solutions. Upon returning to India, Sri worked as
Vice President - Technology responsible for company's engineering
activities and technical strategy. He has worked with
Web technologies (Java/J2EE and XML) ever since they were first
available in the mid 90s. Sri has a degree in Computer Science
and Engineering from Regional Engineering College, Warangal, India,
and has worked towards a Master's degree in Computer Science at
WPI, Massachusetts.
Bruce Keim -
Chief Financial Advisor
Bruce has over 25 years of experience
in telecommunications, IT and finance. Working in the Financial
Group of McDonnell Douglas's Automation Company (MDC), he began
his career in the Cost and Pricing department of the Telecommunications
Division. At MDC Bruce assumed the role of Manager of Finance
and served as the Finance team lead in MDC's Acquisition and Divestiture
group. He was a key player in developing the Divestiture strategy
for MDC to sell their Network division to British Telecom (BT).
Bruce has a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University
of Missouri at St. Louis, MA.
